K. Elizabeth Stephen created the Center for Relational Understanding to explore something often missing from conversations about relationships: the role biology plays in how we experience one another.
Her work brings together science, education, and real-world understanding to help people recognize the biological rhythms and differences that influence communication, emotional needs, connection, and relationships.
As an educator, speaker, and Certified Womenā€™s Health Coach, Elizabeth is passionate about making this knowledge practical and accessible, giving people tools they can use at home, at work, and in the relationships that matter most.
