for an important woman

in your life.

Whether it's your wife, partner, daughter, mother, sister, or another important woman, this educational intensive is designed to be experienced together.

Rather than trying to explain what you learned later, you'll hear the same science, explore the same concepts, and develop a shared understanding that can strengthen your relationship for years to come.

In just one day, you'll gain practical tools to improve communication, navigate differences with greater wisdom, and build healthier relationships at home, in the workplace, and throughout your community.

The conversations you have together after the seminar may become the most valuable part of the experience.

A New Conversation Begins Here

 Understanding Women's Biology. Transforming Relationships.

For generations, much of women's biology was misunderstood, oversimplified, or simply unknown. Women often navigated puberty, fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause without understanding the powerful hormonal rhythms influencing their own bodies. Too often, experiences that were biological were dismissed as emotional or misunderstood altogether.

Today, science is changing that.

Researchers are uncovering new insights into the profound ways hormones influence energy, cognition, communication, emotions, resilience, and overall well-being. For the first time, we have an opportunity to bring this knowledge beyond the research and into everyday life.

The Rhythm of Her Biology educational intensive was created to do exactly that.

It translates today's scientific understanding into practical knowledge for both men and women, creating a shared framework that strengthens communication, deepens understanding, and builds healthier relationships at home, in the workplace, and throughout our communities.

Understanding Starts Here

Learn together. Leave with a shared understanding.

Questions Before You Register?

Can I attend if I'm single?

Absolutely. Whether you're single, married, divorced, widowed, or dating, the principles taught during this intensive will strengthen your understanding of the women in your family, workplace, and community.

Do I have to bring a woman?

No. Attending with an important woman in your life is encouraged, but it is not required. Every paid registration includes a complimentary guest seat should you choose to share the experience. Whether you attend on your own or together, you'll leave with practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of women's biology that can strengthen both your current and future relationships.

Can I receive a discount if I attend without a guest?

No. The registration fee is for your participation in the full educational intensive. The complimentary seat for an important woman in your life is included at no additional charge as an opportunity to share the experience, but it does not represent half of the registration price.

You are welcome to attend on your own, and the full registration fee applies whether or not you choose to use the complimentary seat.

What if the woman I invite can't attend?

Your registration remains valid. You may attend on your own or invite another important woman in your life to use the complimentary seat.

Is this based on science?

Yes. The intensive is grounded in current scientific understanding of women's biology and is presented in a practical, accessible format designed for everyday relationships.

Will this be interactive?

Yes. You'll have opportunities to ask questions, participate in thoughtful discussion, and apply what you're learning through real-life examples.

Is this only for husbands?

No. The intensive is designed for partners, fathers, leaders, educators, professionals, and any man who wants to better understand the women in his life.

Will I receive anything after the intensive?

Is the information difficult to understand?

Not at all. The intensive is designed to make women's biology clear, practical, and relevant, regardless of your background in science or healthcare.
